Welcome to Marshall Township, Pennsylvania

Pittsburgh has a large selection of desirable suburbs and neighborhoods to suit everyone’s taste and style. One of the most sought out and desirable suburbs in the North Pittsburgh region is Marshall Township. Located approximately 20 minutes north of Pittsburgh, this suburb offers close proximity to the city while still providing the luxury of living in the suburbs. Here are a few of our favorite features of Marshall Township, Pennsylvania:

The Neighborhoods

Marshall Township boasts a wide variety of beautiful residential neighborhoods. One neighborhood that we love in particular is the newest luxury development, Mallard Pond.  This development is located just .4 miles from I79 and minutes from Marshall Township parks with easy access to Wexford and Cranberry Township shopping and restaurants. The second phase of Mallard Pond is underway and homebuyers have the option to choose from five premier custom homebuilders.

Knob Hill Park

The Parks

Not only does Marshall Township have wonderful residential neighborhoods, but it also home to Knob Hill Park. The park spans over 157 acres and offers pavilions to rent, baseball fields, pony league fields, volleyball courts, sledding hill, horseshoe pits, nature trails, a newly updated playground, and an 18-hole disc golf course. In addition to Knob Hill Park, residents also have the option of Warrendale and Altmyer Parks.

The Dining

This could possibly be our favorite feature of Marshall Township. There’s a little bit of everything to suit everyone’s taste. The options range from steakhouses to Mexican to Italian and seafood, and not to mention, fun, casual options like Bakn and House of 1000 Beers. One of our favorite spots any time of year is Off The Hook. If you love seafood, this is the place for you.
